Are you hosting for the 4th this year? I hosted a 4th of July party with some friends & we had a blast! I love a good cook out so that is what we did! I bought hamburgers & hotdogs and everyone else brought side dishes!
I found a lot of 4th of July decor at the Dollar Tree! Now, I will say, they might not have any plates, cups, & napkins left but your Walmart should have some 4th of July party decorations! When I am shopping for party decorations, I normally do it 2 months before having the event. That way you can get the best decorations & they wont run out!
I used my Happy Everything platters to add a little extra to our 4th of July decor & it turned out so cute! I also found these cute star dip holders which are so stinking cute & got so many complements on them! I found them at Macy’s ! They are also on sale which you can snag them now & you might get them before the 4th!
My friend Shannon made the cake and cookies for our party! I have used Shannon a bunch of times & she is located here in Birmingham and you can book your orders now with her! Her company is called Whisk Confections & she makes the best cakes! I mean didn’t the cake and cookies turn out great?
My friend Melissa made a really cute America flag with only 3 ingredients! She used strawberries, blueberries, & marshmallows! What a huge hit this was & this is something you could do with your kids as well!
We had a blast & with everyone pitching in, you can really have a great party without spending a lot of money! I hope you can find inspiration to your party/gathering this weekend for the 4th of July!
